CANALIZARE: is a program written in programming language "Visual LISP" in AutoCAD.
The program facilitates realisation of longitudinal sections for sewerage systems at any scale, modification of these and exportation of their data for shafts and pipes.
The plot plan (topographic relief or raster draw) in the drawing must be to scale 1:1.000 to make longitudinal sections.
ADVANTAGES:
Work efficiency: Using the Canalizare program, you can achieve daily up to 15 kilometers longitudinal sections for pipelines, including the modification, detailing profiles and exportation of their data for shafts and pipes.
Easy and efficient operation: The program automatically performs most operations, most of the commands being made with the mouse.
1. Define gravity pipe. With this function you can define a selected pipe as gravity pipe (pipe identifier, pipe type, pipe diameter [mm], minimum covering [m], minimum slope [1 / 1000], the upper sand layer [cm], sand bed [cm], maximum trench depth without timbering [m] trench width with timbering [m], trench width without timbering [m]).
2. Define existing public utilities. With this function you can define the existing public utilities (public utility type, pipe type, diameter [mm], covering [m]). After using this function during the drawing of a cross section or detailing a longitudinal section, the program will automatically draw on the existing public utilities.
3. Define pressure pipe. With this function you can define a selected pipe as pressure pipe (pipe identifier, pipe type, diameter [mm], minimum covering [m], minimum slope [1 / 1000], the upper sand layer [cm], sand bed [cm], trench width [m]).
4. Define ground data. With this function you can define levels on a particular distance of the sewer pipe. These data can be edited, deleted, exported and imported.
5. Define ground line. With this function you can define a ground line between two ground levels. After defining the ground lines on a particular sewer pipe and starting the "Define ground data" function, the program will automatically calculate the positions where intersects the pipe with the ground lines, interpolate the ground levels and will put them in the ground data list. In the entry, exit and ramification points on the pipe you can add ground data by clicking on button "Add" in the "Define ground data" dialog box.
6. Define cross section. With this function you can define the cross section line. By selecting multiple altitudes, the program automatically traces the line between the selected levels. After selecting the levels, press the Enter key or make right click with your mouse and the program will ask for introduction of desired cross section identifier.
7. Define road layers. With this function you can define multiple road layers (asphalt concrete, asphalt mixture with fibers, asphalt wearing course, road binder, etc...) with which intersects the sewer pipe.
8. Draw longitudinal section. With this function you can draw a longitudinal section of a sewer pipe at any scale. The pipe must contain ground data and must be defined as gravity or pressure pipe.
9. Draw cross section. With this function you can draw a cross section at any scale, selecting a defined cross section line from plot plan.
10. Detail longitudinal section. With this function you can detail a longitudinal section, which will inscript the shaft identifier, ramifications with another sewer pipes and will draw on the existing public utilities if it intersects.
11. Remove shaft. With this function you can remove aeration and emptying shafts from longitudinal section of pressure pipe and the shafts will be automatically removed from the plot plan too.
12. Export pipe data. With this function you can export data from one or more sewer pipes in TXT file (pipe identifier, pipe type, pipe diameter, pipe length, total length on diameters, timbering surface, excavation volume, backfilling volume, sand volume, road layer volume), by selecting one or more sewer pipes.
13. Export shaft data. With this function you can export data from shafts in TXT file (shaft identifier, shaft type, shaft diameter, ground level, shaft bottom level, shaft depth, X and Y coordinates), by selecting one or more gravity sewer pipes.
14. Shaft data inscription. By selecting one or more gravity sewer pipes, this function will automatically inscript the shaft identifier, ground level, shaft bottom level and digging depth. If the data of a shaft or a longitudinal section has been edited, by accessing this function again, the program will automatically update and will replace the old inscription with the new data.
15. Pipe data inscription. With this function, by selecting a sewer pipe, you can inscript on plot plan, along with the selected pipe all its particulars (pipe identifier, pipe type, pipe diameter and pipe length ).
16. Slope inscription. By selecting one or more gravity pipes, this function inscripts the diameter and slope of the pipe between the shafts on the selected pipes. If a longitudinal section has been edited, by accessing this function again, the program will automatically update and will replace the old inscription with the new data.
17. Insert aeration shaft. With this function you can insert, at a desired point, an aeration shaft on the longitudinal section of a pressure pipe and the aeration shaft will be automatically inserted on the plot plan too.
18. Insert emptying shaft. With this function you can insert, at a desired point, an emptying shaft on the longitudinal section of a pressure pipe and the emptying shaft will be automatically inserted on the plot plan too.
19. Insert node. With this function you can insert a node identifier at ramifications of pressure pipes. When starting the "Detail longitudinal section" and selecting a longitudinal section of a pressure pipe the program will inscript the node identifier on the longitudinal section.
20. Interpolate ground level. With this function you can interpolate a third ground level between two selected levels.
21. Slice longitudinal section. With this function you can slice longitudinal sections(gravity or pressure pipe) at any scale, by defining the scale, slice length and drawing direction(from the connection to end or from the end to connection).
22. Edit shaft data. With this function you can edit gravity pipe's shaft data in the plot plan.
23. Edit node. With this function you can edit the identifier of an inserted node.
24. Edit longitudinal section. With this function you can edit gravity and pressure pipe longitudinal section.
Gravity pipe: The editing can be made in two directions: in direction of flow and opposite direction of flow. The editing functions are: edit slope break in shaft, edit shaft bottom, insert shaft, eliminate shaft, move shaft, edit slope, edit diameter.
Pressure pipe: The editing functions are: insert inflection point, move inflection point, eliminate inflection point, edit pipe level, edit slope, edit diameter, edit pipeline route.
After each edit, the program automatically recalculates the values of tables and redraws the longitudinal section.
25. Settings. With this function you can make different settings on the mode of operation of the program (gravity pipe settings, pressure pipe settings, shaft data settings, export shaft and pipe settings, inscription settings, colour settings).
